1. Acceptance

By installing or using ChatManager you accept these Terms of service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

2. Description of the service

ChatManager is an Android application for managing the device's chats, based on three core features:

• Message capture: persists locally the notifications your messaging apps emit on the device, including those the sender may later delete from the original chat.
• Automatic rules: lets you configure conditions to reply automatically, alert you or log events.
• Statistics: analytics, PDF reports and complementary tools (sign-up lists, polls, member directory, text-to-speech, backup and export).

3. User responsibility for automation

Using auto-replies or other automations on messaging apps may violate those apps' terms of service and lead to sanctions imposed by their operators (temporary blocks, account suspension, etc.). You, as the user, assume that responsibility. ChatManager does not guarantee permanent compatibility with any third-party app and is not liable for the consequences automation may have on your accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChatManager to:

• Send spam, illegal content, threats, harassment or misinformation.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Interfere with the operation of third-party apps beyond what the app itself allows.
• Collect data about other people without their consent where the law requires it.

5. Account and subscription

The app can be used without an account. If you create one, you must provide truthful information and keep it up to date. Premium subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing under that platform's renewal and cancellation terms. Prices may vary by country (regional pricing); the applicable amount, currency and billing cadence are shown in Google Play before you confirm the purchase.

6. Free Premium trial

When you create an account you get 7 days of Premium at no cost. Once the trial ends, the account automatically switches to Free unless you purchase a subscription.

7. Intellectual property

The ChatManager software, brand and content belong to their authors. No license over them is granted beyond what is necessary to use the app.

8. User-generated data

Your local data (rules, history, lists, etc.) is yours. You can export it and delete it at any time.

9. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app working correctly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may update, modify or discontinue features, notifying you in advance when changes are material.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChatManager is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data, opportunities or third-party accounts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the document. If changes are material we will notify you inside the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law in the developer's place of residence, except where mandatory local rules provide otherwise.
